Appetizer Baked Pecan Brie

Ingredients:
One 8oz. wheel Brie
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cognac (or Brandy ...
Korbel is best )
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Remove only the top rind from the
Brie. Place Brie on an oven-proof
plate that will also be the serving
dish, as it is difficult to move when
warm. Sprinkle brown sugar and
pecans on top. Drizzle with cognac.

Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until Brie
softens and sugar melts into cognac
